Born to Bernard and Martha Jusu. Stacious Rose with her three siblings grew up listening to gospel recordings. She attended primary school at Church of The United Brethren in Christ in [[Bumpe]] [[Sierra Leone]], O'level at [[Annie Walsh Memorial School]] [[Sierra Leone]], High School at [[College of West Africa]] Liberia and later she attained a bachelor's degree in banking and finance at [[University of Liberia]].{{cite web | url=https://ul.edu.lr/centennial/. She was saved by ChRIST, became a Born Again Christian and confessed her salvation at [[First Baptist Church]] Liberia in 1984.
